Hollywood singer and actor Smith recently ticked off another milestone in his life by scaling the world's tallest building, 'The Burj Khalifa' in Dubai. And he did it just for fun!

The 53-year-old actor climbed 160 floors to reach the top of the skyscraper, the highest point of a man-made structure, to get some cardio in his weight loss journey. Smith documented the entire adventure in a video to share on YouTube with his fans for his 'The Best Shape Of My Life' series. The actor, who has been monitoring and broadcasting his weight loss journey with the world, is an inspiration to many.

The recent video of him climbing over 2,000 stairs shows him standing outside 'The Burj Khalifa' as he tells his fans what he is about to do. The short preview clip shared on his official Instagram handle shows Smith climbing the stairway to the top of the world's tallest building as his legs almost start to give up.

In the beginning of the video, the actor chuckles as he tells his fans that he is going to take the stairs to climb up 'The Burj Khalif' to get in on some cardio in today's workout session. The actor then highlights the importance of doing such impromptu things to stay fit and in shape. "This is the important thing about being in shape, you have to do such things for fun," Smith tells his fan in the video.

With in between breaks to give his legs the much needed rest and catch some breath, Smith is seen struggling to finish the task. Despite the hard and fat too many steps, Smith doesn't give up and makes it to the top like a pure champion.

The 'Men in Black' star has been pretty vocal about being healthy and fit and had earlier slammed body shamers by sharing a body positive post of with a picture of himself flaunting the 'best shape of his life'.

Since then, Smith has been on a journey to get fitter and has been sharing all the details with his fans on YouTube. Scaling the skyscraper in Dubai was part of his YouTube series which is documenting his weight loss journey. By climbing 2,909 stairs at the age of 53, the actor wowed everyone on and off the Internet and surely sent a strong message on fitness and health.

The actor was accompanied by personal trainer Aaron Ferguson. The video also showed him ascending the 160 floors in 51 minutes his Smith's YouTube series called 'Best Shape of My Life'.
